Data Deletion Request

At WITNINJA, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your data. According to our policy, you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

  1. Open the app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the action.

Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, you can request data deletion by contacting us below.

Manual Deletion Request

  1. Open WITNINJA on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings and find your User ID (e.g., at the bottom of the screen).
  3. Email us at support@witninja.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  4. Include your User ID in the email body.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent. All your saved personas, history, and preferences will be permanently removed.

Since WITNINJA uses anonymous authentication, we do not have your email address on file. If you cannot access the app, we can only delete your data if you can provide your User ID.

Note: Your User ID is located at the bottom of the "Settings" screen in the app. Without this ID, there is no way for us to link your request to a specific account.

Please include your User ID in the email body. We will process verified requests within 7 business days.

Data Deletion & Retention Policy

When your account is deleted (either in-app or via request):

  • Anonymous User ID: Permanently removed from our authentication system immediately.
  • Database Records: Your user record and referral history are deleted from our database immediately.
  • Local Data: All local settings, generation history, and cache stored on your device are cleared (if performed in-app).
  • Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being completely overwritten.

Important: Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately in the Google Play Store to avoid future charges.
